Many of our pieces are made to order or customized, including selections involving stone choice, metal type, finger size, or design details. As such, the final product may vary slightly from images, sketches, or renderings shown on our website.
We do not guarantee that product appearance or characteristics will meet personal expectations beyond the specifications confirmed at the time of order. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Fable Jewelers. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.
Once an order has been accepted, cancellations or changes may not be possible, particularly for made-to-order, custom, or stone-specific pieces. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
Custom Work, Stone Sourcing & Final Sale Services
Certain services are final sale and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Additional services (such as rush production, certifications, or special requests)
Stone sourcing fees cover the time, expertise, and resources required to curate options for your consideration. While there is no obligation to proceed with a final piece if none of the sourced stones are selected, these fees are non-refundable.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price listed at the time your order is placed. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, insurance, customs, or import fees unless expressly stated.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due, including applicable taxes and shipping.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you. We strongly recommend insured shipping for all returns.

Fable Jewelers is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Fable Jewelers. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us, and you release Shopify from all related claims.
