Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fable Jewelers, every piece is crafted with intention and care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within the guidelines below.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received—unworn, unused, with all original packaging and documentation included. Proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, please email us at Info@fablejewelers.com to see if you qualify for a return. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your piece.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Many of our pieces are crafted specifically for you—from the selected stone to your chosen finger size—making each return a careful and considered process. This fee helps offset the costs associated with inspection, resizing or refinishing when applicable, administrative handling, and the expense of insured shipping for fine jewelry.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Info@fablejewelers.com so we can make it right. These concerns must be reported promptly upon delivery.


Final Sale Items

Because many of our offerings are made just for you, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom Designs

  • Stone sourcing services- We are delighted to curate a selection of stones for you to consider, drawing from our trusted network of cutters and suppliers. While there is no obligation to move forward with a ring if none of the options feel right for you, the stone sourcing fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to finding and presenting these options for you.

  • Additional services (including rush fees, certifications, or special requests)

If you have questions about whether an item is considered final sale, we’re always happy to clarify before purchase.


Exchanges

We do offer and encourage exchanges. If you would like adjustments made to the existing ring or prefer a different design, please email us and we can discuss options. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus applicable restocking fees. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Info@fablejewelers.com.
