Warranty & Care

  • Warranty:

    Every piece from Fable Jewelers is thoughtfully crafted to carry meaning, memory, and longevity. We proudly stand behind our work with a one-year craftsmanship warranty, covering any defects in manufacturing that may arise under normal wear.

    This warranty reflects our commitment to enduring quality and careful construction. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss or theft, or damage to center stones. Because fine jewelry is made to be worn and cherished, we strongly recommend securing personal jewelry insurance shortly after your piece arrives.

  • Repairs/ Resizing: 

    If resizing is needed, your ring may be adjusted by another jeweler within two full sizes of the original ring size without impacting your warranty. Resizing beyond this range may compromise the structural integrity of the piece and will void coverage.

    To preserve the craftsmanship of your Fable Jewelers design, any repairs or alterations performed outside of our studio—including prong work, stone setting, soldering, or structural modifications—will void the warranty. While we respect the artistry of other jewelers, we are unable to guarantee work completed beyond our care.

  • Ongoing Care: 

    We take great pride in the craftsmanship behind every Fable Jewelers piece and are pleased to offer repair services for jewelry that shows signs of everyday wear. What qualifies as normal wear will be assessed by Fable Jewelers on a case-by-case basis, allowing us to ensure thoughtful, fair, and consistent care for each piece.

    Our goal is not simply to repair, but to preserve—maintaining the beauty, integrity, and longevity of your jewelry so it may be worn, loved, and passed on for years to come.

Note: For any service or repair, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a quote on the shipping, please reach out to us with what you need done, and your shipping address at info@fablejewelers.com

Shipping & Production

  • Shipping: Once completed, all pieces ship fully insured within the U.S. for more information visit our shipping policy page.

  • Production Times: Each piece is crafted with care, and timing varies. Standard production may take 3-4 weeks, depending on the design. Custom designs may require additional time to ensure every detail is perfect, approximately 4-6 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard Pieces: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition, subject to a 20% processing fee.

  • Custom Pieces: Some cancellations may be accepted during production with a 15% fee. Once shipped, custom pieces are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: Please contact us to discuss eligibility before sending any item back.

Custom Designs

Because of the care and attention each project requires, we accept only a limited number of custom design clients per month. Completion time for custom projects varies between 4–6 weeks, largely depending on revisions and design complexity. Custom orders are non-refundable once shipped.

Appraisals & Documentation

Every engagement ring purchase includes:

  • A diamond or gemstone certification (when applicable)

  • A professional appraisal outlining retail replacement value

  • Guidance on jewelry insurance to protect your new heirloom
