Whether you dream of an engagement ring inspired by nature, a pendant drawn from your favorite book, or a reimagined family heirloom, we’ll craft a jewel that’s as meaningful as the story behind it.

The Process

We make custom design simple, collaborative, and personal. Here’s how it works:

  1. Tell Us How We Can Help You – Share your ideas with us below in the connect us form. Drop sketches, inspiration photos, or even just a feeling you want captured. This is where we get to know your story.
  2. Deposit – After reviewing your ideas, we’ll follow up with any questions to clarify the details and provide a quote. Once everything feels aligned, we ask for a deposit before beginning design work. This deposit is applied directly toward the final cost of your ring or custom piece.
  3. Design & Sketching – With your deposit in place, we translate your vision into detailed sketches and renderings, refining the design until it feels perfect. *for a small fee we can even ship a 3D model to review in-person*
  4. Crafting – Once approved, your piece is brought to life by expert jewelers, using recycled gold and ethically sourced gemstones.
  5. The Reveal – Your design becomes a finished heirloom, ready to be part of your story for generations.

Our Promise

Custom work is deeply personal, and we want every piece to receive the care and focus it deserves. For that reason, we accept only a limited number of custom projects each month. This ensures every design has our full attention, from the first sketch to the final polish.

Custom timelines typically range from 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions requested.
