Shipping Rates & Insurance
Our shipping rates may be higher than standard shipping options. This reflects the cost of secure handling, full-value insurance, and signature-confirmed delivery where applicable. Every Fable Jewelers shipment is insured for its full value during transit, because safeguarding your piece is essential to us.
When Insurance Begins & Ends
Insurance coverage begins once your package receives an official carrier acceptance scan and ends upon the delivery scan confirming receipt. A signature is required at delivery, and someone must be present to accept the package.
Please note:
Third-party locations, unmanned kiosks, drop boxes, or unstaffed facilities are not approved and will void insurance coverage.
Shipping Losses & Claims
In the unlikely event of a shipping issue, including delays, damage, or loss, please contact us immediately at Info@fablejewelers.com. We will guide you through the next steps and assist with the claims process as needed.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier and receives an acceptance scan, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for your package upon delivery.
